Alignment With Yoga provides yoga-related services including but not limited to:

- In-person yoga classes
- Workshops and training programs
- Wellness and mindfulness sessions

Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years of age to register independently for Services.
Participants under the age of 18 may only participate with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By registering for our Services, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.
Health and Medical Disclaimer
Yoga involves physical activity and may carry inherent risks of injury. By participating in our Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are in appropriate physical condition to participate in yoga activities.
- You have consulted with a qualified medical professional if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns that may affect your participation.
- You will inform the instructor of any health conditions or limitations before participating in classes.
- You will practice within your personal physical limits.
- The instructor cannot physically adjust or supervise you as they would in an in-person class.
- You understand that participation in online yoga sessions is voluntary and at your own risk.
The Services provided by the Company are not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Participants assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur through participation in yoga activities.
Online Class Participation
For virtual or online sessions, participants are responsible for:
- Ensuring they have a safe practice space
- Using appropriate yoga equipment if required
- Maintaining a stable internet connection
Participants may not record, reproduce, distribute, or publicly share any online class sessions without prior written permission.
Bookings, Fees, and Payments
All classes, programs, or workshops must be booked through the Company’s authorized platforms.
Participants agree that:
- All fees must be paid prior to attending the Services unless otherwise stated.
- Fees are subject to change without prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at its discretion.
Intellectual Property Rights
All materials provided through our website and Services, including but not limited to:
- Yoga sequences
- Instructional videos
- Course materials
- Graphics and written content
are the exclusive intellectual property of Alignment With Yoga.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and safe environment.
The Company reserves the right to deny participation or remove any participant who engages in:
- Disruptive behavior
- Harassment or inappropriate conduct
- Unauthorized recording or sharing of classes
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alignment With Yoga, its instructors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in the Services.
Participation in yoga activities is undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
Modifications to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website with a revised date.
Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Force Majeure Clause
Alignment With Yoga shall not be liable for any failure, interruption, or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).
Force Majeure Events include, but are not limited to:
- Natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, fires, storms, or other acts of nature
- Pandemics, epidemics, public health emergencies, or government-imposed lockdowns
- Government regulations, orders, or restrictions affecting business operations
- War, terrorism, civil unrest, or labor strikes
- Power outages, internet disruptions, or technical failures affecting online classes
- Failure or interruption of third-party service providers or technology platforms
- Any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company
In the event of a Force Majeure Event:
- The obligations of Alignment With Yoga may be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event.
- The Company will make reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as practicable.
- Where possible, scheduled yoga classes, workshops, or programs may be rescheduled, moved to an online format, or credited for future participation.
The occurrence of a Force Majeure Event shall not constitute a breach of these Terms, and the Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from such events.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with your use of the services, classes, workshops, or content provided by Alignment With Yoga (“Company”), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Panchkula, Haryana, India], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By using the Company’s services, you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts specified below and agree that such courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms.
Dispute Resolution
2.1 Amicable Resolution
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the use of the Company’s services, or any interaction with the Company, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith discussions within 15 days of the dispute arising.
2.2 Mediation / Alternative Dispute Resolution
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. The mediator or arbitrator shall be mutually agreed upon, and the costs of mediation shall be shared equally unless otherwise determined.
2.3 Jurisdiction
If the dispute remains unresolved after mediation, the parties agree that the courts located in [Panchkula, Haryana, India] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Company’s services.
Participants expressly waive any objection to venue and jurisdiction in these courts, including claims of inconvenient forum.
Limitation
By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed that:
- Any dispute shall be resolved under the governing law specified above.
- You will first attempt amicable resolution before initiating legal proceedings.
- The Company reserves the right to enforce these Terms to the fullest extent permitted by law.
