Founder & Lead Yoga Trainer

MSc Yoga | Govt certified | 10+ experience
As a yoga student, trainer, and a mother, my journey with yoga is deeply personal and continuously evolving. My path from medication to meditation led me to explore yoga as a holistic approach to health and well-being.
With an academic background in Pharmacy and a Master’s degree in Yoga, I deepened my practice through several Yoga Teacher Training Courses, including Hatha Yoga TTC.
Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with IAMD Muscular Dystrophy Centers, introducing gentle yoga-based movement, and also teach in universities, corporate spaces, and therapeutic settings.
Through Alignment With Yoga (AWY), I offer online yoga therapy and wellness sessions, integrating asana, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation to support physical, mental, and emotional balance.
My intention is to share the authentic tools of yoga so that more people can experience balance, awareness, and inner happiness.
For me, teaching yoga is also a journey of continuous learning, where I grow alongside my students with deep gratitude and respect.

With over 8 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, working with American and Canadian organizations as well as a distinguished Army School in India, I’ve learned the value of discipline, resilience, and strong foundations.

Beyond work, I’m driven by mountains, long drives, playing football & Chess, strong coffee, and the beauty of randomness.
