Refund and Cancellation Policy

By booking any of our services, you agree to the following policy.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs bookings made for yoga classes, workshops, courses, and programs offered by Alignment With Yoga.

Class Cancellations

Participants may cancel a scheduled class subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class may be eligible for rescheduling or credit.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class may not be eligible for a refund or credit.
  • Failure to attend a booked class without prior notice will be treated as a missed class and may not be refunded.

Workshops and Special Programs

Due to limited availability and preparation requirements:

  • Workshops, retreats, and special programs may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Transfers to another session may be permitted at the discretion of the Company.

Course Packages or Memberships

If you purchase class packages or memberships:

  • Unused sessions may expire after the validity period.
  • Packages are non-transferable unless approved by the Company.

Company Cancellations

If a class is canceled by Alignment With Yoga due to unforeseen circumstances:

Participants may choose to:

  • Reschedule the class
  • Receive class credit
  • Receive a refund if rescheduling is not possible

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to medical emergencies or extraordinary situations may be considered at the Company’s discretion.

Supporting documentation may be required.

Class Credits and Rescheduling

In the event that a scheduled yoga class, workshop, or program offered by Alignment With Yoga cannot be conducted as originally planned due to unforeseen circumstances, the Company reserves the right to provide rescheduling options, class credits, or alternative arrangements in place of monetary refunds.

Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

  • Instructor unavailability due to illness or emergency
  • Technical difficulties affecting online classes
  • Force Majeure events including natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government restrictions
  • Power outages, internet disruptions, or platform failures
  • Operational adjustments necessary for the safe delivery of services

Where a class cannot be delivered as scheduled, participants may be offered one or more of the following options at the Company’s discretion:

  • Rescheduling the class to a later date
  • Transferring the booking to another available session
  • Receiving a class credit valid for future classes or programs

Class credits issued under this clause:

  • Are non-transferable unless approved by the Company
  • Must be used within the validity period specified at the time of issuance
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law

By enrolling in any class or program, participants acknowledge and agree that class credits or rescheduling may be provided as the primary remedy in situations where services are interrupted or postponed.
