All offers are valid from 12:00 AM (IST) on 15 August 2026 until 12:00 AM (IST) on 19 August 2026 (Raksha Bandhan).

These offers are valid only for Indian citizens.

AWY reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any offer, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice or assigning any reason.

These offers shall not be applicable where the performance of the offer is prevented, delayed, or affected due to any Force Majeure event, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or any other circumstances beyond AWY's reasonable control.

  • AWY does not provide any warranty or guarantee on complimentary gifts distributed under these offers.
  • AWY shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, misuse, or consequential damages arising from the use or possession of complimentary gifts.
  • No refunds, fee adjustments, credits, or waivers will be provided in connection with any loss, damage, delay, or non-delivery of complimentary gifts.
  • Delivery of complimentary gifts may be delayed due to circumstances beyond AWY's control, including but not limited to natural calamities, transportation disruptions, railway strikes, waterlogging, remote service locations, or delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
  • Complimentary gifts will be delivered only within India, subject to serviceability of the delivery location.

  • Referral rewards shall be issued only after the referred individual(s) successfully enroll, complete the admission process, and pay the applicable subscription fees.
  • AWY reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all referrals before issuing any reward.

  • All offers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Only one promotional offer may be applied per eligible transaction unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • AWY's decision regarding the interpretation and implementation of these offers shall be final and binding.

  • Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these offers shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chandigarh, Punjab and Haryana, and governed by the laws of India.
